3 ways to fix “but I dont look like I workout”

“I workout all the time, why don’t I look like it?”

3 things to consider:

1- Are you actually putting in effort. Im not talking showing up and checking a box. I am talking moving with intention, FOCUSING on your workout. Dont just go through the motions, bring EFFORT to your movement.

2- Are you supporting your workouts with proper recovery? You need to eat enough calories, you need to eat enough protein, you need to take rest days and you need to get enough sleep. LOOKING like you workout is a jigsaw puzzle. those are the pieces. Fine tune them if you dont look like you workout.

3- Are you changing the stimulus? Months and months of 3 sets of 10-15 at the same weight aint gonna cut it. For a few weeks, go SUPER heavy with less reps and more sets. Then for a few weeks pump up the volume and shoot for sets of 25. Just as metabolism adapts, bodies adapt to the stimulus too. it might be time to shake things up.
