Ive been a competitive athlete my entire life. Even as an adult I was constantly chasing marathon PR’s and eventually competing at a high level in Crossfit and olympic weightlifting. My relationship with food was one where I fueled performance.
Then, I met the man of my dreams (literally, I wanted to marry a tattooed surfer but a tattooed skater is kinda the same), we had a kid, moved into our dream home and lived the best life. But I struggled.
I struggled with nutrition, body image, fitness, all of it. All of these things I had never struggled with before and all of a sudden they became the greatest challenges.
It wasn’t until I learned that I had to lean in, try something new, take a few steps back to propel forward, that I would find that peace.
Now I run trail marathons and ultramarathons. I eat more food than most can comprehend. I appreciate my body, the vessel that gave me my son, Wylder, the one that carries me on trails and in the gym. The bod that allows me to live the life I had only once dreamed of.
Coaching hundreds of clients from being a personal trainer, to owning a CrossFit affiliate and now, a remote fitness and nutrition coach, it’s in my bones to share this mission with other women. Getting you in the best shape and learning how to fuel yourself for your goals… but also in a way that WORKS WHERE YOU ARE.
Honor the season you are in, give yourself permission to rest, to try something new, to do the scary and at one time unthinkable. It can be life changing. And until you can give yourself that permission, I’m here to give it to you in the meantime.

A totally remote service (with the occasional call because i like to hear your voice), we use an app called TrueCoach. Here is where, once a week, you answer questions based on your goals and the upcoming week.
Do you want to track macros? It’s totally up to you. While there will be some type of food tracking involved, it doesnt have to be macros. Alternatively, if you WANT it to be, we absolutely can go that route.
