Pay Attention to Everything

Say you workout 5x a week for 60 minutes.
Cool.

Say you eat 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. Thats 21 times.

What’s more, 5 times or 21 times?
21. Ok cool, good math.

So how come you will put all this effort into your workouts (not into your Nutriiton) but complain when your workouts are working for you?

Maybe its not the 5 workouts a week.
Maybe its the 21 meals a week?🫣

We are so quick to blame the workout, the frequency, the type, the intensity. But how many white claws are you having friday night? How many meals a week are you eating at home vs eating out? When was the last time you drank 80 ounces of water in a day? Are you sleeping more than 6 hours a night?


Trying to reach fitness and fat loss goals is like a puzzle. You can’t focus on ONE THING (especially that one thing is only 5 hours a week/ 5x a week) like your fitness and say it isn’t working.

Make sure you are looking at the entire puzzle, not just that one thing <3
